01. THE CONSULTATION

02. PROPOSAL & RESERVATION

Once we align on the concept, we develop a custom proposal tailored to your specific needs and budget. We’ll share visual references for florals, textures, and decor elements so you can see exactly what we’re planning. This phase is collaborative—we refine together until every detail feels just right. When you’re ready to move forward, a signed contract and retainer to secure your date on our calendar.

03. SITE VISIT & DESIGN

We conduct a thorough site visit to assess the space, take measurements, and finalize the layout. This allows us to plan for lighting, flow, and placement so that every drape, floral arrangement, and design element fits the venue perfectly. No surprises on event day.

04. THE EXECUTION

On the day of your event, our team handles the entire production. From the heavy lifting and installation to the final fluff of the florals, we execute the design flawlessly so you can focus entirely on celebrating.
